This was followed by a totally awesome shared lunch.  THE BEST!!

Discovery on Friday morning. Everyone tried something different and we had to try and remember to be RESPECTFUL.

Magic Disco on Friday. I found as many children at the DISCO that I could find and they looked wonderful. There were witches, fairies, wizards. and magicians with whiskers. I think everyone had a great time.

One afternoon, we played silent jigsaw about Kiwiana things. We had to try and finish the jigsaw without talking to our buddies and to discover what our picture was. As you can see there was a bottle of tomato sauce, a paua shell, a pohutukawa tree, a packet of pineapple lumps. a kiwi, a koru and the hardest one - a sausage sizzle on a barbeque. It was fun and the children did so well.

The Junior Kapa Haka Group performed for the Juniors and some pre school children from local preschools around Ilam. They really enjoyed the show. You were great Room 16 and all the kapahaka group. Thanks Mrs Haynes for all your hard work.
